How does it work?

Once you have chosen your plan, you will be provided with many ways you can hand us your tasks i.e. email, online form, IM, phone/SMS etc. You will just delegate tasks using your preferred way of communication and we will get to work immediately and deliver the completed results if the tasks can be done on same day or if it will take more than one day, we will update you with report on the progress every day. You will relax and we will get your work done while you sleep.

Can your assistants work for me even though I'm in a different country?

Yes. You can be anywhere in the world, it does not matter. As long as you know a little English to communicate your tasks to us.

Where are the assistants located?

Does it really matter where we are located as long as we get your work done for you perfectly in a timely manner. After all virtual assistants can be virtually anywhere. :)

Would I be assigned a dedicated VA?

You will be a assigned a dedicated VA and a supervisor if you go for the full-time monthly or yearly option. The dedicated VA will be your main point of contact, however if you have any concerns or not happy with your current VA, you can discuss with his/her supervisor for either improvement or replacement. For one time tasks, anyone from the team who is more experienced and skilled at your particular task will pickup it up and do it the best it can be done. You will be supported by the whole team in-case it can not be done by one person or if it is time sensitive.

What's the average turnaround time on a task?

We try our best to do it as soon as we can. We get tasks that will only take a few minutes so you will get the results by email almost instantly. There are tasks that can take a little longer. You will get same day delivery of the results. However, some tasks can take more than one day, in that case you will get daily updates on the progress.

How do I keep track of my hours?

You will be sent a task report on a daily basis before end of the day with the name of the project that you have assigned, time taken to complete each project, status of the project whether its completed or pending, the reason if pending.

What if I am not happy with the current VA?

You can always reach your Team Leader and discuss any concerns that you might have if you are not happy with the current VA. We can always assign you a new VA if needed.

Can I cancel any time?

There are no contracts and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your service any time before your next billing cycle. Just send us an email using our contact form or just let your Team Leader /VA know about the change and we'll adjust your plan accordingly.

Is there any start up fee?

Absolutely Not! YepSir.com only charges the subscription fee of the plan you choose.

How do I make payment?

Currently we accept payments via Paypal, therefore you need a Paypal account or Credit/Debit Card. If you would like to make payment using another method, please contact us to check the possibility whether we can accept payment using your payment method.

Can I share my membership with other people?

You can send tasks only from the email address which is resgistered with YepSir.com. So, whoever has access to that email address can use our services.

Can I request specific work timings for my virtual assistant?

Yes, whether you need your virtual business assistant to work as per your work timings or for after hour support, our service is available 24/7 and your virtual business assistant will work according to your preferrances and required time slot, no matter where in the world you may be located.

Do my hours roll over each month?

No, your unused hours are expired at the end of your billing cycle. Except for hours purchased by the hour that is $10/hour never expire.
